  6. This is a full set of utilities.  See the Utitilites.status for information
  7. on which are tested and what are the outstanding problems.  Currently, I
  8. am working on the outstanding bugs.  The port is not complete yet.

  10. Note:  This version of the Utilities is *ONLY* for use with the Citadel
  11. BBS program version 3.42.Q02 and later(All Q versions will use this set).
